Thailand anthropomorphic CRaft and Art (AKA. TACRA) is a market event open for the Anthropomorphic character community in Thailand as a safe communal space, trading goods , hand craft items and mini exhibition events (including but not limited to Mimi, Furry - Kemono and anything related to these art styles). For safety purposes and proficiently. Our team creates these rules and agreements as the guideline for all participants to ensure the best possible experience at TACRA market events.
○ All attendees and circle must be over 15 years old
• For privacy and safety please follow the photography protocol as guided below
• Do not have any persons in the photo include staff, Circle members or even the other attendees. This rule also covers attendees' own selfies, pictures and event atmosphere.
• If there's any persons in the picture intentionally or accidently included in the photo and it is clearly unavoidable, the photographer is responsible for blurring or censoring the face or otherwise taking other actions to protect and conceal their identity.
• Photography is permitted only in provided areas.
• Livestreaming (including but not limited to video calls via Discord or other platforms) is prohibited.
• All media are prohibited from entering the event area.
○ To avoid any inconvenience for attendees, the team does not permit the distribution of promotional materials in the form of peddling, advertising, or direct sales to attendees and circles without prior permission from the event.
○ To maintain a positive atmosphere for all attendees, the team requests that all attendees should dress appropriately and maintain basic hygiene.
• Attendees who wear perfume or have strong body odors are requested to refrain from wearing skimpy clothing, revealing underarms, or anything else that emits unpleasant odors. The organizer reserves the right to remove any such person from the event area at the sole discretion of the organizer.
• As the event venue is a public area where other event attendees, service recipients, or other users of the venue may be present, to prevent misunderstandings and avoid uncomfortable situations, the organizers will not permit the following attire to be entered.
- Clothing that reveals the body inappropriately.
- Clothing that obstructs the flow of others within the event.
- Military cosplay costumes or any other uniforms that may be misleading.
- The organizers' discretion and decision is final and absolute.
○ Due to venue restrictions, the event and venue owner do not permit food to be brought into the event area, except for unscented water or beverages.
○ Do not bring items with offensive odors or that may disturb others into the event area.
○ Do not make loud noises or engage in any actions that directly or indirectly disturb others.
○ Do not accept food or beverages from strangers.
○ Do not touch, harass, or threaten others. If you feel in danger or unsafe, please contact the event staff at any time. The event staff's discretion and decision is final and absolute.
○ Do not engage in any actions that violate Thai laws and morals.
○ These rules and regulations are intended as guidelines. However,
the event staff's discretion and decision is final in all cases.
○ Attendees will be allowed into the event area at the designated time, as seen on the event website, and won’t be allowed to enter the event area before this time. Our team has utilized an online queue system, eliminating the need for attendees to arrive at the venue several hours in advance.
○ No price bargaining with the Circle, whether joking or serious.
○ No leaving items or merchandise with the Circle. If merchandise is commissioned work or necessary, the attendees must provide an address, contact information, or phone number if possible.
○ Any sales, giveaways, or pickup arrangements at the event are solely the responsibility of the Circle. If necessary, non-Circle participants must proceed outside the event area to avoid disrupting other attendees.
○ Attendees are prohibited from viewing, reading, or accessing merchandise that contains violent and/or potentially unsuitable content (R18/R18G) within the event area and/or building.
○ Each Circle's work is based on their dedication, physical and time required to create these works. TACRA does not allow criticism of their works directly in the event area.
○ No sitting or standing in the area that obstructs the flow within the event area.
○ All attendees must have an entry ticket and present it to the staff upon arrival and departure.
Circles or booths within the event are vendors who display their products within the designated space provided by the event through the event's processes and under the terms and conditions set forth above.
○ Circle registration fees are non-refundable.
○ Moving, changing, or relocating tables, chairs, or other items that are provided by the event venue and organizer within the event area is prohibited. If necessary, please consult with the staff before proceeding.
○ Circles will be allocated the designated space and additional details as described below.
- Starting at 1SP and up to 2SP. Table space, ticket types, and details can be found on the website or on the page before registration.
- No other decorations are permitted outside of the table area. Advertising or product sales must be within the circle's table.
- Circles may be decorated and decorated on their own table, with a height limit of no more than 2.25 meters from the floor.
- Electricity is not provided.
- Circle space is a freestanding area, allowing for the placement of items or decorations within the designated event space (usable space is approximately equivalent to a 6SP space).
- Circles can be decorated and decorated within their own space, with a height limit of no more than 3 meters from the ground.
- The number of tickets, usable space, and other information can be found on the website or on the page before registration.
- If the Circle has flags, signs, or other hanging items, they are not allowed to be hung from walls or from decorations, poles, or other objects at the event venue. Circles must provide their own poles or supporting materials or rent them from the event venue, as long as they don’t violate height and space restrictions.
○ Our event will not accept applications for any circles or vendors that belong to legal entities or representatives of any organization.
○ Circles must register and set up their space 45 minutes prior to the event start time.
○ Do not engage in any publicity that would disrupt the circle or other attendees, whether through excessive or offensive language, gestures, or any other means.
○ Do not place any items or belongings that would disrupt the space of other Circles.
○ Products containing content that may not be suitable for all audiences or contain violent content (including but not limited to R18, R18G) must comply with the following guidelines:
♦ The product must be enclosed in an opaque envelope, and the actual product itself must not be displayed during sale.
♦ If the Circle wishes to display the product cover, their work or product must not contain any text or content showing inappropriate content.
.♦ For displaying sample books, the Circle can encourage interested attendees to scan the QR code and visit the event website to view their sample books (age verification is available on the website). However, if the actual book is to be displayed, pages with inappropriate content must be bound or masked.
♦ The Circle or vendor is responsible for verifying the age of the buyer before selling such products.
○ Due to venue restrictions, the sale of food and beverages at TACRA is prohibited.
○ Doujinshi or books must feature anthropomorphic characters as the main or supporting characters, making up at least 50% of the content.
○ Merchandise that mentions or relates to political movements, real organizations, or organizations believed to be based on real situations and likely to cause conflict within society is prohibited, even if the author claims that the situation is not real and/or fictional. The team will be the one to decide and reserve all rights to use any measures to deal with the said products.
○ Selling products with AI-generated elements is prohibited.
○ Auctioning is not permitted at the event.
○ Selling of Adoptable Characters is prohibited.
○ Avoid accepting items as a safekeeping to avoid any unnecessary burden in the event of having to close the booth early or the person who deposits items forgets to collect them.
○ If a Circle forfeits due to necessity, the Circle must notify the team within 48 hours before the event dates. In the case of any other emergency, please notify the team within an appropriate timeframe to avoid penalties from the organizing team when applying for future events.
○ If a Circle does not register and open a Circle in their area by the event date, the organizing team may reject the Circle for future years.
